Review the published product details and choose the required quantity at or above the stated minimum order quantity. Demo products are clearly marked and may be removed before launch.
2. Confirm the commercial details
Before accepting payment, Najakat Vastram should confirm availability, colour, quantity, unit price, applicable tax, freight, dispatch estimate and the final payable amount in writing.
3. Payment
Online payment is not active. The Order Now overlay currently demonstrates the information that will be collected, but pressing Continue does not transmit the form, create an order or collect money. An approved gateway will be connected later.
4. Packing and delivery
Orders are packed after confirmation and successful payment. Dispatch and delivery timelines are described in the Shipping Policy and may vary for made-to-order, customised or unusually large wholesale orders.
5. Inspection
Buyers should inspect the shipment promptly and report a wrong, missing, damaged or materially defective item within the stated reporting window with the invoice, packaging photos and an unboxing video.
